The Hum-fish eventually got tired of racing through the clouds and the waves, and decided to turn towards a strip of solid land on the horizon, much to Linus' and Linnéa's relief. Although their tiny arms were getting weary, their minds were still enjoying the watery experience. After all, it was an element where they hadn't spent a lot of time yet, and they could only dream about what treasures were hiding in the lowest depths. Anyway, the creature brought them as close to the shore as possible, and remained in the shallows for a good while, quietly observing the astronauts as they contemplated their current position and surrounding areas. "Bye bye Hum-fish", Linus finally said as he turned towards the shallows, "keep your eyes open and we might run into each other again. Just hum if you see us!". Soon the two astronauts and the Hum-fish parted ways, and while leaving the shoreline behind Linus and Linnéa wondered what they might find further on up the road.
